My room was a nice size with bath and shower and a wonderful view. The breakfast was extensive and adequate. The staff was professional and genuinely helpful all the time. The location of the venue was super central, just off trains and the center of Frankfurt, close to banks, the theater, and opera.

Very quick check-in, parking onsite. Magnificent views, nice pool, the shuttle from airport Marvellous and excellent location, just walking distance from Stock Exchange. Good choice of food options a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue...

Its location is great and beautiful, within walking distance of The Hauptwache.

The staff here are fantastic and friendly, the views of the park are marvelous, everything is very good, it has a good location as it's close to shopping areas, restaurants.

Fitness, sauna and swimming pool were great.

Room with a view of the skyline was slightly higher than the other roofs, they promised us more when booking.

The rooms are well-appointed and fashionable with a beautiful view over the park behind. The location is excellent and perfect, minutes from Eschenheimer Tower. I would love to come back here some time.

Really enjoyed our deluxe king room, it was good-sized and fashionable. It had central location close to Stock Exchange.

Some people working there were very impolite.

The room was a nice size with with a fantastic skyline view, large bathroom as well plus comfortable beds, had good night sleep. Having a tub and a separate shower was a bonus;))

Facilities were very good, nevertheless Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

The room was peaceful, had a beautiful view, and the bedrooms were very comfortable.

The selection at breakfast was huge. Egg dishes are prepared freshly and individually in front of the guest. Fresh waffles. Very attentive and friendly staff. A courteous service at the reception. Room with shower and bathtub. Taxi rank directly in front of the house. Pianobar. Overall very nice ambience. Pool, Wellness, Beautysalon are available, but I have not used them due to lack of time.

The hotel has a super central location near Fabian, Andreas, and Ocean from the reception team who provided excellent assistance. It is walking distance to shops, Christmas Markets, attractions, and the main station. The room is spotless and new-fashioned, with a lounge and a writing table.

The only problem was the adjustment of the air conditioning . The beds are a bit too hard for my taste. Otherwise completely satisfied!

The location of the hotel is very good, also the view fantastic (9th floor).
